Our purpose is to 'tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the LORD,  His power, and the wonders He has done.       Psalm 78:4

We seek to do this by offering a variety of age-appropriate ministry opportunities for children birth to age 12, including the following:

Sunday School

Our classes, under the leading of the Holy Spirit, seek to teach children that God is unchanging, all-knowing, all-powerful, faithful, merciful, and that the message of the Bible is that He is God and there is no other. {reference Isaiah 46:9}

Children's Church

All children participate in worship with their families for the first part of our worship service - where together we exalt our Lord through music and prayer.  Children ages 5-7 are then invited to a continuation of worship in an age-appropriate setting.  Children's Church is offered each week except when our entire congregation celebrates communion.

Other Children's Ministry Opportunities

Westminster often adds to its traditional Children's Ministries a variety of other ministry opportunities such as Vacation Bible School, missions-related activities, dramatic and fine arts programs, musicals and a communicant's class.

All teachers and helpers are required to be CARE certified.
